Our technicians cut, shape, grind, polish and inspect each piece by hand — including the diamond-textured tips, which require an extra precision grinding pass to etch the serration pattern into the metal. Laser engraving runs in-line, and final QC checks tip alignment under magnification before packing. We run small-batch OEM orders on the same lines as our standard production, so your branded tweezers get the same attention to detail.

Wipe the tip with alcohol between clients. Full sterilisation by autoclave at 121°C is safe for all SeeJeen® tweezers. The diamond texture pattern does not degrade under heat sterilisation. Store on a magnetic strip or in individual cases to protect tip alignment.
